• Avoid drinking water from the same bottle, cup, or glass you used prior to the scanning appointment without thoroughly cleaning it first.
• Replace toothbrush or soak in hydrogen peroxide for at least 1 hour.
• Soak retainers, dentures, partials, or any removable dental appliance in hydrogen peroxide for at least 1 hour prior to the next use.
• If you use one, soak the part of the neti pot that touches your nose in hydrogen peroxide for at least 1 hour prior to the next use.
• Replace lip balms that you use regularly or put in the freezer for 24 hours prior to the next use.
• Taking a warm bath with Epsom salt may help to improve the body’s natural detoxification process and promote healing.
• Maintain a healthy anti-inflammatory diet and avoid sugar and alcohol.
• Stay well hydrated with water and lemon/lime.
• If using a C-PAP machine, be sure to clean it prior to the next use.
• Clean contact lenses if they were not worn during scanning.
• A gentle walk may help move the lymphatic system and help with the detox process.
• Rest as needed.
Please note a HERX reaction may be experienced after treatment. As the body detoxifies, it is not uncommon to experience flu-like symptoms including headache, joint and muscle pain, body aches, sore throat, general malaise, sweating, chills, nausea, or other symptoms. These symptoms will subside.
• Thoroughly wash water and food bowls. It is a good idea to do this often to avoid possible reinfection of some pathogens.
• A gentle walk may help move the lymphatic system and help with the detox process.
• Keep an eye on your pets when outside. Try not to allow them to drink from puddles, ponds or lakes. Try not to allow them to ingest waste from other animals or grasses, plants, and shrubs that have been treated with pesticides.
• It is not uncommon for your pet to sleep more than usual after the treatment. In other cases, your pet may show an increase of energy.
• In some cases of repeat reinfection, a food or environmental allergy test is recommended. This can be done through your veterinarian or independently.
• Give LOTS OF LOVE.
